Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
The New Mexico Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a centralized data base that homeless service providers use to track services provided to homeless people. The HMIS is a joint project of the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessnes, the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority and the City of Albuquerque. Data on individuals in the system is kept strictly confidential. The data will be used to generate reports on services to homeless people.

Outreach
The Albuquerque Metropolitan Outreach Collaborative (AMOC) meets monthly. Anyone conducting outreach or interested in learning more about conducting outreach to people experiencing homelessness is welcome to attend. The mission of AMOC is to foster strategic collaboration among outreach programs in order to effectively help homeless individuals and families access the services they need to exit homelessness. AMOC accomplishes this by addressing gaps in outreach services, facilitating effective referrals, involving the community in addressing homelessness and serving as a resource on outreach services.
